Well done to the children who took part in the Boccia Competition at Chace Community School. Both the A Team and the B Team performed very well and enjoyed each match.
Well done to the children in Year 1 who took part in the Borough KS1 multi-skills festival at Lee Valley Athletics Centre. All the children really enjoyed the activities and took part with lots of enthusiasm and effort.
Well done to the boys who represented St Edmunds in the Borough football competition at Edmonton County School.
Congratulations to the basketball team for finishing joint third in the Borough's Basketball Competition, held at Lee Valley Secondary School. The team played seven matches and lost only one in the semi-final. Well done to all the children who took part and represented the school so well!
Well done to the cricket team for taking part in the Borough Cricket Competition. The team played two close fought matches against Oakthrope and Houndsfield. All the children who took part, which included children from Years 3, 4, 5 and 6, took part sensibly and with appropriate enthusiasm. Thank you to Winchmore Hill Cricket Club for hosting this fun tournament.
On Friday 28th September, St Edmund’s pupils took part in the Enfield Borough Cross Country Competition at Trent Park. It was a difficult course covering a distance of 1.5km which involved a few hills, but everyone completed the course.

On Friday 9th November they took part in the Borough Cross Country event at Forty Hall. Well done to Ella from 5.1 who came 1st in the girls’ race and Elvis also from 5.1 who came 2nd. This was a great team effort as they all completed the course.
Congratulations to the children who took part in the KS2 Panathlon at Lee Valley Leisure Centre. 10 schools took part from across the Borough. We came 2nd getting Silver. Well done to all of you!
Well done to the girls in Year 5 and 6 who took part in the Tottenham Hotspur Foundation and the Premier League Primary Stars programme at Power League on Friday 11th January. We played 6 matches. They were very tough games and the girls really tried their best putting up a good defence.

Congratulations to Year 5 and 6 who took part in the Sitting Volleyball competition on Friday 18th January. We won all our matches, and now St Edmund’s will represent Enfield in the London Youth Games in March. Well done everyone!
