  • KS1 Multi-Skills at Lee Valley

    Children from KS1 went to Lee Valley Athletics Centre to take part in some Multi-Skills activities. They took part in Circus skills, long jump, boccia and new age curling to name a few. The children had great fun learning new skills. Well done to all the children that took part!

  • Walk the daily mile

    All year groups walk the daily mile between 8.40-8.50am on a daily routine as they come into school. Year 5 are in the lead with walking the most laps in 10 minutes. Which Year group can beat them?

  • Football Tournament

    Well done to the children in Year 5 and 6 for taking part in the football tournament held at Power League. They played 5 matches, playing against different teams in the borough. We won against Oakthorpe 1-0, lost against Raglan 1-0 and drew our other matches against Eldon, Kingfisher and Forty Hill. All the team played extremely well with the goalie making some fantastic saves! Well done to the goal scorers. They were great goals!

  • Rocksteady Visit

    A wonderful assembly and workshop from electric instrument teachers, 'Rocksteady'. Organised by our Music Leader, Miss Virasami, the one-man show that was 'Rocksteady' demonstrated a range of instruments then proceeded to let children have a go in the subsequent workshops.  The children were captivated and motivated by it all and the teachers have been speaking so highly about the demonstration for the remainder of the week.

  • Year 2 Visit to the Edmonton local fire station

    Year 2 had a very exciting and hands-on experience at Edmonton local fire station. They had the unique opportunity to step into the shoes of real-life heroes-the firefighters! From exploring the impressive fire engines up close to having the chance to use the huge fire hoses, the Year 2 children were not only entertained but also gained valuable insights into the crucial role firefighters play in our community. The trip was a perfect blend of fun and learning and linked well with our recent topic ‘The Great Fire of London.’

  • Fundraising For Children in Need

    Thank you for your kind and generous donations to Children in Need, which ties in with our Catholic Social Teaching theme - Preferential Option for the Poor and our motto focus of Love for Others. The children had a great time getting active for Children in Need as they took part in archery, trampolining and other fun activities. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Foundation Sports who supplied a coach to oversee the trampolining at no cost to the school as a sign of goodwill to help our fundraising efforts for Children in Need.
