This term, Year 6 children have been studying fashion through the ages as part of the Design and Technology curriculum.  Children started by researching fashion design from the Victorian era through to the present day and particularly focused on fashion made from recycled materials.

As part of the project, children had to design and make outfits from newspaper.  They then presented their outfits to the rest of Key Stage 2 at a socially distanced fashion show, where a chosen model walked the catwalk and another child presented their idea.  The children worked extremely well to create exciting and imaginative designs and really enjoyed showing off their hard work.

Well done to all the children and staff for putting on a great show!
